Juan Carlos Fuerte, a 20-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Ming Avenue, where Fuerte and another victim, Jose Vega, were found with multiple gunshot wounds inside their vehicle.
