Ty Barrera, a 20-year-old resident of Paradise, California, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2016. The incident occurred in the 9200 block of the Skyway, where Paradise police responded to an emergency call. Upon arrival, officers found Barrera suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
