Luis Alberto Lucas, a 16-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2016. On that fateful evening, Luis was sitting in a vehicle with two 18-year-old men on the 600 block of Mae Avenue when they were ambushed by gunfire from another vehicle. Luis suffered multiple gunshot wounds and, despite the efforts of officers and medical personnel, was pronounced dead at the scene.
