Oswaldo De Jesus Urizar, a 46-year-old Latino man, was found dead on February 24, 2016, in his studio apartment located in the 10400 block of Montara Avenue in South Gate, California. Urizar, who worked as a truck driver and lived alone, was discovered by his sister after he failed to respond to her repeated text messages and calls.
