In the winter of 1981, the small town of Dedham, Maine, was shaken by a grim discovery that would leave a lasting mark on the community. On February 24th, the remains of 24-year-old Caucasian male, Michael Craig Cochran, were found amidst the charred debris of a cabin that had been destroyed by fire.
