On May 14, 2016, Samuel Reyes, an 18-year-old resident of Desert Hot Springs, California, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident. The incident occurred in the 66-300 block of 6th Street in Desert Hot Springs. Reyes was one of three individuals who were shot and subsequently transported to Desert Regional Medical Center.
