Arnold Mendez, a 33-year-old resident of Norwalk, California, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2016, after being shot on June 18, 2016. Mendez was walking north from his home on Claressa Avenue around 11:30 p.m. when a dark-colored, four-door vehicle approached him from behind. According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Lt.
