Jose Torres Jiminez, a 44-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on October 22, 2020, in Norwalk, California. The incident occurred around 10:10 p.m. in the 11900 block of 162nd Street. Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Norwalk station responded to a report of a gunshot victim at a park.
