Warren Santos, a 20-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on July 13, 2016. The Monterey County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting on El Rancho Way around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Santos suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Natividad Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
