Anthony Joel Suarez, a 20-year-old resident of Salinas, California, was tragically found dead on February 14, 2022. His body was discovered by a father driving his daughter to school on upper San Juan Grade Road. The father noticed a man lying next to a vehicle and, upon closer inspection, found that the man had been shot and was unresponsive.
