David Moglen, a 37-year-old economics professor from San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on the night of July 28, 2016. Moglen, who was well-regarded in his field and taught at various community colleges including Foothill College and Evergreen Valley College, was sitting in his car near Willow and First streets in San Jose when the incident occurred.
