Ramiro Lepe, a 39-year-old resident of Willowbrook, an unincorporated area near Compton, California, was tragically shot and killed on August 5, 2016. Lepe was celebrating his 39th birthday with family members on the front lawn of his home in the 2600 block of East 129th Street when the incident occurred.
