Talanoa Feinga, a 27-year-old resident of South Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2016. The incident occurred after Feinga and his brother, Chris Moran, confronted a loud party near their residence on Anton Way. The confrontation escalated when Feinga and the party host, Mario Junior Garcia, exchanged words over the loud music.
