In the early morning hours of November 18, 1991, the quiet of a Waterville, Maine neighborhood was shattered by a devastating fire. Inside the home at 7 Reservoir Street, firefighters would discover the bodies of 46-year-old Caucasian male Vincent White and his companion, 25-year-old Lorna Brackett. Their deaths would quickly be ruled homicides, the result of a deliberately set fire, yet decades later, the case remains unsolved, leaving a lingering mystery in the small New England city.
