Mark Maxwell, a 35-year-old resident of Victorville, California, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2016. The incident occurred at a home on Sitting Bull Street, where Maxwell was found with multiple gunshot wounds. According to reports, a 911 call had been made earlier that evening, reporting a disturbance between Maxwell and his roommate. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to the call and discovered Maxwell's body upon arrival.
