Brandon Charles Harris, a 35-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically killed on October 22, 2016. Harris was found in a parked Jeep on the 700 block of West 104th Street in the Vermont Vista neighborhood. A passerby noticed bullet holes in the vehicle and alerted the authorities.
