Sylvia Ramos, a resident of Modesto, California, tragically lost her life on November 16, 2016. The circumstances surrounding her death were both shocking and deeply saddening. On the evening of her death, Sylvia was found in her home with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Her husband, Steven Floyd Oliver, was present at the scene and admitted to shooting her.
