Janet Mingham, aged 56, tragically died on January 1, 2015, in Modesto, California, in what was later determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred at the Mingham family home, where Stephen Mingham, 57, fatally shot his wife Janet, their 33-year-old son Chad, and their 34-year-old daughter Nicole, before turning the gun on himself.
