Peter Peralta, a 43-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2017. On that fateful day, Peter returned home from work around 4:30 p.m. and encountered a man rifling through his wife's car. The suspect was in the process of stealing her purse.
