Darnell Jamar Foster Jr., a 22-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2017. The incident occurred after Darnell attended a party in East Oakland. As he left the gathering in the early hours, he was fatally shot in the 2400 block of Havenscourt Boulevard. Despite efforts to save him, Darnell succumbed to his injuries a short distance away on Avenal Avenue.
