Victor Palomo, a 37-year-old resident of Delano, California, was tragically killed on March 4, 2017. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. when officers from the Delano Police Department responded to a call about an injured man in the area of Freemont Street and 12th Street. Upon arrival, they found Palomo suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Delano Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
