On October 14, 2020, 23-year-old Jordan Wiley Miller of Trinity, Alabama, was fatally shot at a residence on County Road 549 in Trinity. Authorities responded to an initial report of a burglary during which an intruder was allegedly shot. Upon arrival, they discovered Miller with a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
