Ricardo Baltazar Mota, a 33-year-old Latino, was tragically killed on March 27, 2017, in Montebello, California. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Catholic Church, located in the 800 block of North Garfield Avenue.
