Frank Burnell Taylor, a 35-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on July 1, 2014, in Montebello, California. The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. in the 500 block of South Maple Avenue. According to reports, Taylor was walking down the street when a gray Chevy pickup truck pulled alongside him.
