Rudy Albert Elguezabal, a 21-year-old resident of Montebello, California, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2018. The young man was the victim of a drive-by shooting, which resulted in multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and abdomen. Despite being rushed to a hospital, Rudy succumbed to his injuries, and his death was officially classified as a homicide.
