Keith Lawrence, a 17-year-old resident of East Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of March 29, 2017. Authorities identified him as the victim found inside a parked car on MacArthur Boulevard around 10:12 p.m. The car did not belong to Keith, and he was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds.
