De Marco Ranklin, a 32-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on April 19, 2017. The incident occurred in the 2900 block of Stocker Plaza in Leimert Park. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Ranklin was sitting in the front passenger seat of a silver Ford pickup truck at the intersection of 8th Avenue and Stocker Plaza when a dark-colored sedan approached.
