Jose Ricardo Sahagun, a 44-year-old resident of Norwalk, California, tragically lost his life on April 29, 2017, during a random shooting spree that spanned multiple cities including Whittier, Pico Rivera, and La Mirada. Sahagun, who was known for his dedication to helping others, was killed while sitting in his car at a traffic light.
