Maninder Singh Sahi, a 31-year-old clerk at a 7-Eleven in Whittier, California, was tragically killed during a robbery on February 22, 2020. Sahi, who had moved to the United States to provide for his family in India, was working the early morning shift when the incident occurred. Around 5:45 a.m., a man with a partially covered face entered the store with the intent to rob it. Despite Sahi appearing to cooperate with the robber, he was shot with a semi-automatic handgun.
