Cesar Rodriguez, a 19-year-old resident of Whittier, California, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2011, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., when Cesar and a group of friends were standing in front of a home on Painter Avenue in South Whittier.
