Adrian Phillip Casas, a 30-year-old resident of Whittier, California, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2017. Casas was fatally shot outside a family gathering in the 10300 block of Lock Avon Drive in West Whittier-Los Nietos. The incident occurred just before 8 p.m., and despite efforts to save him, Casas succumbed to his injuries shortly after the attack.
