Robert Larkin, a 19-year-old resident of Westmont, California, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2017. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of West 90th Street in the Westmont neighborhood of South Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Larkin was fatally shot at approximately 9:56 p.m. Witnesses reported that Larkin was outside when a light-colored SUV approached, and someone inside the vehicle began shooting.
