Stephen Donelson, a 30-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on September 29, 2017. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. in the 5900 block of West Boulevard in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Donelson, who was employed as a security guard at a marijuana dispensary, was standing in front of the establishment when shots were fired from a passing vehicle.
