Death by Force

Joel Cisneros, a 41-year-old resident of Good Hope, California, was found deceased on October 1, 2017, in Mead Valley, an unincorporated community near Perris, CA. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a deceased individual at a residence on Byron Street. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Cisneros had succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
