Xavier Porter, a 29-year-old resident of Perris, California, was tragically shot to death on December 18, 2021. The incident occurred at a strip mall located in the 2100 block of North Perris Boulevard. According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, deputies responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call at approximately 6:24 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Porter suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
