Jorge Antonio Nario, a 17-year-old from San Fernando, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 1, 2018. The incident occurred in the 13200 block of Maclay Street in Sylmar. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, officers from the LAPD’s Mission Division responded to a call of shots fired at approximately 7:50 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Nario with gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene just a few minutes later.
