Omar Munoz, a 25-year-old resident of San Fernando, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of August 15, 2019. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Harps Street, where Munoz was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. According to reports, Munoz had just moved his pickup truck closer to his home and was standing in the street when a car drove up and someone inside began shooting.
