Patrick Demarco Scott Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on February 3, 2018. On that fateful morning, Patrick was waiting at a bus stop at the intersection of 62nd Street and Market Street, intending to visit his grandmother. As he stood there, an unknown assailant approached him and fired multiple shots, fatally wounding him.
