Angel Steven Quevedo, a 20-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on March 12, 2018, in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, the incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. while Quevedo was standing alone on a sidewalk in the 2300 block of Fourth Avenue.
