On April 4, 2018, Suy Phavong, a 52-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The incident occurred around midnight in a converted detached garage located in the 5300 block of Orange Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Phavong with a fatal gunshot wound to his torso.
