On April 4, 2018, Panha Nhean, a 35-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The incident occurred around midnight in the 5300 block of Orange Avenue, where Nhean and two other men were in a converted garage. According to the Long Beach Police Department, officers arrived at the scene to find Nhean and another man, Suy Phavong, 52, with gunshot wounds to their torsos.
