Oshry Osh Elor, a 23-year-old resident of Pleasant Hill, California, tragically lost his life on April 7, 2018, in what was described as a marijuana-related robbery. The incident occurred at Elor's home on Norse Drive, where he was fatally shot during a struggle with one of the assailants, Keith Jones. Jones, along with his accomplices, had traveled from Georgia to California under the pretense of purchasing several pounds of marijuana from Elor. However, their true intention was to rob him at gunpoint.
On the night of the incident, Jones pulled a gun on Elor, leading to a physical altercation during which Elor was shot. Despite being wounded, Elor managed to disarm Jones, who then fled the scene.
