Randall Scott Fletcher, a 22-year-old Latino man, tragically lost his life after being shot in Ashiya Park, Montebello, CA. On April 21, 2018, Fletcher was sitting in the park around 4 p.m. when an unknown assailant approached him from behind and shot him in the head.
