Gabriel Vargas Jr., a 19-year-old resident of Montebello, California, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2015. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Via Altamira, where Vargas was found with multiple gunshot wounds. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Montebello police responded to a call of shots fired shortly after noon.
