Isaac Lopez, a 19-year-old from Vacaville, California, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2018, in a parking lot near the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The incident occurred around 6:40 p.m. when Lopez was sitting in a parked car with three friends, including 18-year-old Javier Calvo.
