De’Angelo Quinn, a 26-year-old resident of Vallejo, California, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2018. The incident occurred in the evening when police responded to reports of gunfire near the intersection of Woodrow and Reis avenues. Upon arrival, officers discovered Quinn and another victim, Bobby Beasley, 32, both suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. A third individual was found critically injured a few blocks away, linking the two scenes to the same violent episode.
