Luis Velasquez-Mejia, a 26-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2018, in a fatal shooting incident. The events leading to his death unfolded on a Saturday night in the Excelsior neighborhood of San Francisco. Velasquez-Mejia, along with his friend Jonathan Escobar and his cousin, had attended a birthday party earlier that evening.
