Essien Edokpayi, a 17-year-old from Vacaville, California, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2018. Essien was fatally shot during an altercation that occurred shortly after midnight on Christmas Eve. The incident took place in the 300 block of Bel Air Drive in Vacaville.
