Gino Houchins, a 21-year-old resident of Vallejo, California, tragically lost his life in a triple homicide that occurred on January 4, 2019, in West Oakland. The incident took place just before 9 p.m. on the 1000 block of Center Street, a location not far from the West Oakland BART Station.
