Oscar Ruiz, a 25-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2019, in Bellflower, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Ruiz was shot multiple times in the upper torso. The incident occurred outside a house party, and he was pronounced dead at the scene approximately 20 minutes after the shooting.
